Inventory Controller

Introduction

South Africa’s premier supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Cleaning Chemicals, Paper Products, Industrial Consumable Supplies and Workwear is looking for an Inventory Controller to join their successful team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Management Reports:
• Daily management reports for MD & GM (Sales, inventory & GP report)
• Management reports must be put away in filing for when/as needed by Auditors.
• Special request for Syspro & ODBC
• Vehicle Report – capture daily fuel slips and services/repairs.
• Month end summary of fleet for fuel and services/repairs
• Monthly Re-order report for imports

Returns:
• Authorize GRN’S generated and processed.
• Authorize Debtors Request
• Authorize Credit Notes

Inventory Control:
• Control Stock Adjustments
• Release of customer orders, SCTs and branch back orders
• Capture Purchase orders for branch stock sent to JHB.
• Sales order maintenance
• Monitor stock allocations of high demand, slow supply items.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric
• Qualification in Business Administration/logistics or related (Advantageous)
• 2-4 years’ experience in similar role
• Computer literacy, a must on Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro (essential)
• SYSPRO EXPERIENCE IS NON NEGOTIABLE – IT IS ESSENTIAL

Package & Remuneration
