Office Coordinator / Receptionist

Introduction

Large, well established airconditioner wholesaler and exporter is looking to employ an Office Coordinator / Receptionist.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and team members with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and representative of the company’s ethos.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as necessary, to avoid disruptions.
• Collaborate with various teams to support administrative tasks and maintain office cohesion.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office coordination role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with standard office software.
• Approachable and customer-oriented personality with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving.
• Must have reliable transport to and from the offices. NOT NEGOTIABLE
