Client Services Administrator

Introduction

A dynamic, boutique financial planning and asset management firm providing personalised advice and thoroughly bespoke investment solutions through a range of quality and innovative investment products is looking for a bright, eager, dynamic individual to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• General running of the office;
• Maintenance of client database;
• Compilation of financial analysis and reports;
• Website updates;
• Uploading of monthly newsletter
• Managing client liaison / correspondence;
• Ensuring client files are FAIS and FICA compliant;
• Managing queries;
• Screening calls;
• Managing stationery and office supplies;
• Presentation pack compilations for new client meetings;
• Research for queries and reports
• Submission of instructions
• Follow-up until completion of each query and instruction

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Strong Administrative Skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong client service ethic
• Ability to communicate with clients and suppliers to forge relationships
• Experience in the Financial Planning Industry an advantage
• Own transport
