Estimator – Elandsfontein

Introduction

A leading Industrial Services company is looking for an Estimator to join their successful team based in Elandsfontein.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the incumbent must be able to engage at the highest level and have the ability to prepare, collate and present tender documents and quotations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• Interpretation of inquiry documents
• Interpretation of drawings
• Setting out tender documents and quotations
• Attend site and bid clarification meetings
• On-site measurements and off-take

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric with maths as a subject
• Technical diploma
• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
• Strong technical/engineering background
• Highly computer literate-Excel, Word, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experience with scaffolding, insulation, or corrosion protection would be advantageous

Package & Remuneration

• R516,600.00k CTC Per Annum – Non-EE/AA
