Human Resources Officer

Introduction

A leading Industrial Services company is looking for a Human Resources Officer to join their successful team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 2 – 3 years HR generalist experience.
• HR Generalist duties.
• Strong Employment Equity skills.
• Strong understanding of Employment Equity and skills.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• The candidate must have the ability to grow in the role and must be VERY EAGER TO LEARN.
• This is a very admin intensive position, therefore strong administration skills are essential.
• Looking for a very proactive personality.
• Working hours: Mon – Thurs: 7am – 4pm, Fri: 7am – 3pm.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Relevant degree is non negotiable.
• 2 – 3 year’s experience.
