Order Administrator

Introduction

South Africa’s premier supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Cleaning Chemicals, Paper Products, Industrial Consumable Supplies and Workwear is looking for an Embroidery Administrator to join their successful team.

We are looking for an individual that will process supplier purchase orders, invoice orders, keep track of purchase orders of suppliers and handle inquiries about orders.

Reporting to the Embroidery Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Creating SCTS’S and confirming stock into Embroidery
• Processing of suppliers purchase orders.
• Transfer stock to suppliers and receiving stock back from suppliers.
• Invoicing of orders
• Helping walk in/COD customers.
• Follow up and releasing back orders daily.
• Placing orders at suppliers and following up on buyouts

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric
• Qualification in Business Administration or related (Advantageous)
• 5 years’ experience engaging with customers and sales
• 1 – 2 years of Supervisory experience.
• Computer skills, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Syspro) SYSPRO EXP IS NON NEGOTIABLE – IT IS ESSENTIAL
• Must speak a black language (preferably Zulu or Sotho)
