Sage X3 Support Consultant

Introduction

Our client is the largest manufacturer of unsaturated polyester resins in Africa and a leader in the development and supply of innovative test technology for the composites and allied industries.

The company manufactures and supplies a complete range of high quality resins, ancillary products and accessories, and processing equipment suitable for all fabricating methods.

Duties & Responsibilities

• In depth knowledge of Sage X3 modules particularly financial, manufacturing or distribution
• Understanding of business processes in finance & manufacturing
• In depth knowledge of Sage X3 architecture & database structure
• Strong Crystal reports development skills
• Ability to write SQL queries, stored procedures & views against the Sage X3 database.
• Formal Sage X3 accreditation an advantage
• Strong presentation skills & ability to translate user’s requirements into specifications

• Develops ad hoc queries to assist users with data analysis
• Develops standard reports in both Crystal Reports
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Desired Experience & Qualification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 & a Bachelor’s Degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 5 years experience in Sage X3
