MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to manage all the contract administration functions for the Secunda branch including the Sasol maintenance contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Manage and oversee Sasol maintenance administration process from quoting to billing
- Manage and oversee Sasol maintenance contract planning process
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation is kept for all non-maintenance related projects
- Ensure Completeness and accuracy of Sasol maintenance quoting and billing
- Ensure Sasol maintenance reporting is always up to date, complete and accurate
- Ensure accurate and daily updated planning schedules are produced and adhered to
- Ensure that project administrators, planners and estimators perform their duties diligently.
- Ensure that records are kept of all Sasol maintenance documentation
- Ensure Sasol review and approve our claims and paperwork on a timeous basis
- Plan and prepare for internal and external audits as and when required.
- Ensure operational management adhere to administration and documentation process
- Ensure that all staff reporting to you always maintain a professional and independent function.
