Training Coordinator

Introduction

A leading Industrial Services company is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their successful team.

Reporting to the Admin Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating training with various branches and preparing quotes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans and schedules.
• Evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of training programs.
• Assess training program effectiveness through feedback, surveys and other metrics.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure high standards of national SETA administrative initiatives in terms of SETA compliance, company requirements and SETA processes and procedures.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant materials.
• Manage Quotations and assist with Invoicing to clients and branches.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to training.
• Capturing, uploading, and maintaining required learner information on Learner Management System (LMS) and the relevant SETA’s and bodies e.g., IWH.
• Create and maintain relationships with external training vendors, partners, and consultants.
• Communicate with trainers, facilitators, and trainees to ensure effective delivery of training.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Manage and coordinate e-learning and virtual training initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Lead and manage training project teams.
• Apply for external moderation at the various SETAs in time and ensure documentation for audit is up to date.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12
• Experience in a trainer environment and dealing with SETA’s.
• Experience in a Training QMS system.
• NQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Constant attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to see tasks and projects through to completion.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and to deadlines.
• Preferably have access related training experience.
