Wage Administrator

Introduction

A leading Industrial Services company is looking for a Wage Administrator to join their successful team.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for capturing and administering of Weekly and Fortnightly payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurate capturing of weekly and fortnightly payroll.
• Ensure employees are paid timeously.
• Maintain employee master payroll records.
• Monthly reports.
• Completion of take on and termination documents.
• Dealing with branch queries.
• Filing.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12.
• 5 years plus in payroll.
• Integrity payroll experience beneficial.
• Good communication skills.
• Accuracy.
• Team player.
• Trustworthy.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work under extreme pressure.
• Strong work ethics.
• Able to meet standards and deadlines set in the department.
